  • The Kfm Chill Zone is our upgraded Huawei KDay experience, designed to make your day extra special!
  • Your ticket gets you priority queueing, partially shaded seating, private ablution facilities, and access to a private cash bar and selected food vendors. Talk about the MOST to make you feel great!
Where can I buy and collect tickets?
  • You can get your tickets online at Ticketpro or from a Ticketpro outlet find your closest outlet here.
  • PLEASE never buy from a third-party reseller, someone on Gumtree, or from a Facebook post. We can’t guarantee that those tickets are legitimate, and you may be turned away at the gates.
  • If you buy tickets online, the credit cards used to make the booking must be on hand when collecting the tickets.
  • Ticketpro will not be able to scan faded or distorted barcodes on your Huawei KDay Tickets – so don’t fold your ticket into teeny-tiny squares to fit into your wallet. Please check the quality of your ticket before show day and, where required (or if you’re worried!), please request a reprint to avoid disappointment at the entrance.
What time does the event start and finish?
  • The first act hits the stage at 12pm.
  • The event will end at 6pm to allow for everyone to get back to their cars and on the road before it’s too dark.
Is there parking available?
  • Yes, there is secure and free parking available at the venue.
  • Are kids allowed at the event?
    • Kids are most welcome, although we do not recommend bringing children under the age of 2 due to the noise levels. Just make sure you keep an eye on your little ones in all the excitement!
    • No kiddies area – Parents are to supervise their own kids.
    What am I allowed to bring into the venue?
    • You can bring cameras, SOFT cooler bags, beach umbrellas, blankets, picnic baskets and low folding chairs.

    • Please be kind to your neighbours, make friends and keep umbrellas down during acts where possible.
    • Specific “No Umbrella Zones” will be demarcated at the venue.
    What am I not allowed to bring into the event?
    • Outside of the obvious (drugs, weapons, sharp objects), you are NOT allowed to bring alcohol, gazebos and braais into the venue. You can bring your own cooldrinks and water, but they must be in plastic bottles. No glass will be allowed into the venue.
    • You may not bring your own alcohol to the event.
    • No canned drinks permitted in the General Access Area.
    • No hookah pipes allowed
    Can I Bring a Cooler Box/Picnic Basket?
    • Yes – you can bring a soft cooler bag and a soft picnic basket, but they will be checked to make sure that they do not contain alcohol, cans, glass, or anything else that could be a danger to you and other concertgoers.
    • Amnesty bins are located at the entrance chutes and all confiscated prohibited items will be sealed and delivered to the Venue Operations Centre for review by the South African Police Services on duty. We will not take responsibility for any of your personal belongings, please ensure to check that you leave these in your car before they are removed.
    What can I do with my rubbish?
    • Please keep your area clean and be mindful of planet earth! Try to minimise single-use plastics as much as possible and reuse cups on the day.
    Can I leave the venue and come back?
    • No. Once you’re in, you can’t leave the venue and come back in again. For your safety, and the safety of our other listeners, no pass-outs will be issued. PLEASE make sure that you have everything on you when you head to the gates – double-check for important medications, inhalers, sunscreen, cellphones, etc.
    Can I bring my drone? What COVID-19 precautions will be in place?
    • The ongoing Covid-19 pandemic has had a massive impact on South Africa and the world. Primedia Broadcasting and Kfm 94.5 support the South African government’s vaccination drive. All Covid-19 regulations under the current adjusted alert level 1 will be adhered to at the event, including limited attendance, social distancing protocols, health and temperature screening, appointment of compliance officers and the wearing of masks.
