1. 15:00 - 19:00 The Flash Drive with Carl Wastie
  2. 19:00 - 22:00 KFM Nights with Brandon Leigh

On Friday, 6 May 2022, Craig Lucas and GoodLuck Live released their single Better but one day before that, they visited Carl Wastie on The Flash Drive for an exclusive first-time play of the track.

Craig was on a short hiatus following the death of his brother Warren and sister-in-law, Arlene Lucas.

I'm okay. You know some days are great, some days aren't. I feel like all you can do is try and if you successfully try, you'll be okay. Releasing music makes me feel better, makes me feel great.

Craig Lucas | South African Singer

Jules from GoodLuck Live, who collaborated with Craig on the song, said that working on the track with him was such a joy.

Craig is one of the strongest people I know in my life. He is just an amazing guy.

Juliet 'Jules' Harding | GoodLuck Live Singer

The song started because of lockdown - both Craig and Jules recognised that everyone had been struggling with moments of anxiety, depression or mental health.

They wanted to show their support for those who had continued to support them through the pandemic and the various stages of lockdown.
