What mistakes are consumers making?

This is a perfect storm, and not in a good way... We've got a lot of people sitting with impaired credit records which means cards maxed out. Only 70% of cardholders are meeting the minimum monthly amount... that's 25 million credit cards... that are being used as a stopgap between paydays for consumption spending.
