If you're struggling to get up for your early morning gym session, it may be time to relook your nighttime habits.

A top tip from Insider Hook's Tanner Garrity says that your nightly routine is far more important than your morning routine.

The simple hack is to lay out your entire workout gear the night before. From your hairband all the way down to your shoes and make sure that it's all ready. This way when you get up in the morning, you're not spending any energy trying to find matching workout clothes.

Lay it all out, make sure that you've got your sanitiser... and your gym bag packed and ready. So you can literally jump up do what you need to do, get into your gym gear... and head out to the gym.
