  1. Discontentment: "I'm not happy here"
  2. Breaking Point: "I've had enough"
  3. The Decision: "I've decided this is what I am doing"
  4. The Fear: "Is this the right thing to do?"
  5. The Amnesia: "What was I thinking?"
  6. Backtracking: "I don't think this is the right time"
