Should you be on the lookout for a workout with no floor exercises, that needs only a wall, a chair, and you, resident fitness enthusiast Liezel van der Westhuizen, discusses an incredibly effective 7-minute Standing Workout.

The 7-Minute Workout was designed by Chris Jordan of the Johnson & Johnson Human Performance Institute back in 2013. (Scroll down for the video)

The routine is a combination of aerobic and resistance training and doesn't require any exercise equipment.

Jordan recently created the Standing-7-Minute Workout — a new variation suited to any age, size or fitness level.

All you need is your wall, a chair and a comfortable pair of workout shoes.

He made it so easy that anyone at any fitness level could join in.
