Life's not perfect, but you can still be happy

It's easy to get caught in the trap that you'll only be truly happy if your life is perfect. You chase goals thinking that when you finally get married, your business succeeds or have your dream body then happiness will automatically follow.

It all starts with a decision.

Sometimes you make decisions so lightly that you forget the power of the decision. Once you decide that this is what I want to do, the focus in our mids actually opens up.

If you decide on a red car, now you see red cars everywhere. If you decide on being happy, now you start seeing articles of happiness, you start seeing a book on happiness, a TV show, a movie. And your world starts to open up. Then you can filter what you watch, what you listen to and what you consume.

Focus on growing, increasing and improving.

It is natural for you to grow. Since the day you were born, you have been growing and growing and growing. So if you stop learning, or stop growing, stop being teachable then you start feeling stuck and unsatisfied.

If you want to feel good again, start learning... Do a hobby, read a book, take a course. Do something and you'll start to see a flow of happiness in your life.
