Silent Buddy was an initiative launched by the Mickey Foundation for Autism and special needs.

It was started by Verona, who has a nonverbal autistic son, Mickey. One of her worries were, that should he be in an accident he would not be able to communicate.

Verona with the help of her sister and dad trademarked the name Silent Buddy.

The seat belt cover is proudly South African and is there to provide useful information to medical personnel and first responders, should the individual be involved in a car accident.

The cover is extremely noticeable and contains a card on the inside with all details needed to act quickly and decisively, which could ultimately save the person’s life.
