We are really just a group of individuals... we offer up our time and our energy... to volunteer for this organisation who really just helps shape the next generation through mentoring and coaching.

We've got our mentors, we have mentees... and we have a coach to oversee the mentors journey as well... it's really a holistic process

The mentoring program works when a mentee walks into the organisation and they are at a stage where they want to be mentored, they want someone to walk beside them, someone who has gone before them, done great things... a forerunner, they may just be older and more experienced....
