On Monday President Cyril Ramaphosa announced that the country would remain in Level 3 of the National Lockdown.

This meant that beaches in hotspot areas - including the Western Cape would remain closed.

Yesterday COGTA Minister Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma announced new rules and definitions regarding beaches that left some South African's confused.

Some thought that the regulations meant that areas like the Promenade in Sea Point were also off-limits to joggers and the like. But this doesn't seem to be the case.

Carl chatted to Mike Law to get clarity on the new beach regulations.
