The current Cape Town storm blew up so much seafoam on to the Sea Point Promenade that it looked like it was snowing.

Ahead of the cold front, The South African Weather Services advised that the storm would include heavy rain leading to localised flooding in certain low-lying areas, gale-force winds and extreme cold weather.

Capetonians took to Twitter to share footage of seafoam surge caused by strong winds with high seas. See below.
