What are the visitation rights of co-parents and parents with joint custody during the lockdown?

It's been a sticky topic and one that was finally clarified late yesterday after the Social Development Department amended regulations under the Disaster Management Act which were published in the government gazette late last night.

According to the new laws, parents with joint custody are now allowed to move their children between their respective homes during the lockdown.
