Most people are suffering from "corona panic syndrome."

This is according to Wits University clinical pharmacologist Dr Mohamed Irhuma.

He says during this COVID-19 pandemic, most people are stressed out and super vigilant.

Speaking to Gushwell Brooks, Irhuma shares tips on how to cope during the lockdown.

Also, take action when you can. If drinking Rooibos tea, for example or cleaning your house or buying the face mask and wearing those surgical gloves, makes you calm and more empowered then go for it.
