I'm still seeing a lot of my clients over Skype. I compiled a list of things that people are concerned about.

Marciel encourages people, especially in a family setup, to stick to a routine even though there is no accountability for deadlines or when you have to wake up in the morning.

Research has shown that families that stay in a routine during difficult times are more resilient towards the challenge that they are facing.

Keep in mind with goal setting that it needs to be specific, measurable and there needs to be a date linked to it, she adds.

Focus on new goal setting. This is a wonderful time to really sit and think where are you heading with your creativity or business.

Keep in touch with family and friends - host virtual coffee or wine catch-ups.

Stay connected and keep communicating especially with family and friends that are alone. Schedule a call with a friend as part of your daily routine.
