Zozibini Tunzi is back on home soil for the first time since she was crowned Miss Universe two months ago.

The beauty queen posted a video on social media announcing her Homecoming Tour with the caption, ‘I AM FINALLY COMING HOME!😄
The support of my fellow South Africans has been echoing throughout the entire universe since the day that I won. I am so excited to finally get to feel it in person. The homecoming tour will be taking place from 8-15 of February. I am hoping you can do me the honor of coming to welcome the @mouawad crown home. See you there.’

Following an emotional welcome in Johannesburg, the 26-year-old PR student is in the Mother City to continue her tour.

Zozibini Tunzi stopped by the Kfm Mornings show ahead of her parade through Cape Town.

I'll be honest. I thought there was no way I was going to win. Because Demi-Leigh was just there almost a year ago.

- Zozibini Tunzi, Miss Universe 2019

We were never told to change ourselves. Never once did anyone tell me not to be myself. Never once did anyone in the organisation try to put a weave on my head or tell me to speak less.

- Zozibini Tunzi, Miss Universe 2019

Zozi is the third woman from South Africa to win the title: Margaret Gardiner brought home the title in 1978 and Demi-Leigh was crowned Miss Universe in 2017.
