New research has found that about 20% of the population are “super-tasters”, which means they are super sensitive to the bitter compounds, and green vegetables taste disgusting to them.

Creative parenting expert, Nikki Bush, says parents need to be creative with how they prepare food if their children really struggle to eat cruciferous vegetables.

Bush says creativity may go as far as making "green pancakes".
